How does it work?
Shareflex solutions are always customized to meet the specific needs of each organization and installed on the clients M365 SharePoint. Training & Sandbox: Lialis provides access to a sandbox environment with example apps and trains the client on using Shareflex. Design: Together with Lialis, the client defines the app’s layout, fields, lists, permissions, workflows, and more. Proposal: Based on this design, Lialis creates a consultancy quote. Development: Once approved, Lialis builds and deploys the custom app to the client’s SharePoint environment. Fine tuning: After deployment, a few update rounds follow before the app is ready for production.
Pricing
Shareflex is a SaaS solution with pricing based on the solution type and number of users, with no distinction between read-only or content-creating users. The software is invoiced annually. Contact us for pricing details.
Security
Shareflex solutions like Contract Management are installed on the client’s Microsoft 365 SharePoint. Lialis only needs access during setup or updates. All data stays securely in the client’s own tenant. All M365 security tools are supported out of the box.
