Shareflex Outlook

Shareflex Outlook is a powerful Outlook add-in designed to enhance your Microsoft Outlook experience by seamlessly integrating with Shareflex’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.

Let’s explore how users can store emails and documents directly from Outlook into the Shareflex Contract Management application.

Press the red-marked icon to display the Shareflex Contract application in the Outlook right pane.

The Shareflex contract application is displayed. The content and layout in the right pane are fully configurable. You can modify names, showcase additional applications, or directly display all contract types.

All Service Agreements (SA) are displayed here. The email and documents are added to a specific contract by the user.

The red-marked icon transfers the email to the contract, while the blue-marked icon transfers the documents to the same contract.

The email is now copied to the contract document and displayed in Shareflex Outlook.

The image below showcases the storage of the email within the complete Shareflex Contract interface, demonstrating how the email is integrated and displayed.

Let’s also copy the documents inside the email to the same contract.
